New Cancellation and Event Policies:
ROOMS:
Credit Card number required to hold all bookings. 25% non-refundable
deposit is required for bookings longer than 5 days during peak season. 72
hour notice required to avoid 25% cancellation fee for entire length of
intended stay (over and above initial deposit if applicable). "Day of"
room cancellations will result in full nights charge plus 25% of entire
intended stay.
EVENTS:
Credit Card number required to hold all bookings. All event bookings require
a 25% non-refundable deposit. Weddings require an additional 25% non
refundable deposit one month before actual event. Clients are
responsible for providing a liquor license at all events serving alcohol and
must sign Stevenson Farms indemity contract before the event takes place.
CATERED MEALS:
Credit Card number required to hold all bookings. 50% required up front to
book meal (25% is non refundable). 50% is none refundable if smaller
dinners are cancelled without 48 hours notice. Weddings require two weeks
notice to avoid 50%.cancellation fee.
